La Lista del Cafecito Terms

These terms apply when you choose to join La Lista del Cafecito from Barra Monarca.

Program description

By opting in, you authorize Barra Monarca to send recurring automated marketing text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include community-event announcements, preorder openings, pickup information, menu news, and related updates.

Consent and frequency

Your consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided and are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Stopping or getting help

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. For assistance, reply HELP or email monarca.provisions@gmail.com. A later opt-in may be required before messages resume.

Delivery and carriers

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message availability may depend on your carrier and device. Barra Monarca may change or discontinue the program when reasonably necessary.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in information and consent records are used to operate this program. We do not sell them or share them with third parties for their own marketing. See the Barra Monarca Privacy Policy for more information.
