Barra Monarca respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through barramonarca.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, optional ZIP code, event or pickup details, drink selections, order totals, payment status, messages you send us, and La Lista del Cafecito email or text consent records. Our website and service providers may also process basic technical and security information needed to operate the site.

Analytics choices and order sources

When you allow analytics, we use one first-party campaign cookie for up to 30 days to remember which event, QR code, social link, search result, or referral brought you to Barra Monarca. We may associate that source with an order so we can understand which community partnerships and announcements are useful. This cookie does not contain your payment card information, and we do not sell the information it stores. You can change your choice using the Privacy choices button on the website.

If you decline analytics, we do not save the campaign cookie. Information already present in the link you use, such as a campaign tag, may still be recorded with an order you choose to place.

How we use information

We use information to process and fulfill orders, coordinate pickups, respond to event inquiries, understand customer preferences and order sources, improve future pickup and event planning, prevent misuse, operate the website, maintain business records, and—only when you specifically opt in—send La Lista del Cafecito emails or text messages.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Barra Monarca does not receive or store your complete card number. We may provide limited information to service providers that operate our website, payments, storage, or business messaging. They may use it only to provide those services for us.

Mobile information

We do not sell La Lista del Cafecito mobile information or consent records, and we do not share them with third parties for those third parties’ own marketing or promotional purposes. Providing a phone number for an order does not enroll you in marketing messages; you must separately choose to join.

Email choices

Providing an email address for an order does not automatically enroll you in marketing emails. You must separately choose to join La Lista del Cafecito by email. Marketing emails will provide a way to unsubscribe. Order confirmations and pickup information are transactional communications and may still be sent when needed to complete your purchase.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including fulfillment, accounting, dispute resolution, consent verification, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by emailing us. We may need to retain certain records when required for legitimate business or legal purposes. California residents may have additional rights where applicable.
